I booked a Laua to go to with my family of 4 through the "activities" section of Travelocity 's site.in the "date of activity" field I entered July 10, then checked for availability, which there was. Clicked "proceed" then was prompted to enter my arrival date of July 5 and my hotel information. Entered credit card info and confirmed all is correct. Received confirmation email. Next day got an email with my activity voucher to print. Printed it and found they booked our Luau for our arrival date, which we can not do! Called the customer service number. Lady barely spoke English. Couldn't locate my confirmation number. Couldn't locate my Travelocity trip ID!?! Located my purchase via my name, which is not linked tony hotel stay, airline reservations or car rental, which is why I was doing everything through one travel site. Customer service rep stated no modifications can be made and to try another day! So I guess my 3 daughterss and I are out $400 and the only activity we were going to be able to do on this trip. Why would the voucher provide Travelocity's customer service line on my voucher and then tell me they do not issue vouchers??? I regret using this company and truly fear what will happen with our flight, hotel, andchar rental. Just read another review stating the hotel I booked is under renovation until fall and we are supposed to be staying there in July! Why wouldn't Travelocity disclose this prior to taking my $5400?!? C
