On Saturday April 14 I tested in to the Courtyard Marriott. I've been staying in this Resort since 2005. I'm section of a sizable team that involves Kansas to get a pilgrimage to Maranatha Spring and Shrine. On Sunday evening we did not return to the resort till nearly 2am. I had been so exhausted I simply wished to go to sleep. I yanked back the quilt and there is a sizable grapefruit sized bloodstain. The body wasn't from me, I'd not experienced the sleep yet. I instantly called right down to the leading table, I had been informed from the top desk woman that clear blankets could be right up. 15 mins later a guy bumped about the doorway, passed me blankets and remaining. Can this case get any worse... YES the blankets were passed in my experience so when I experienced them-they were super MOIST. I called right down to the leading desk again. Exactly the same woman appeared upset by my phone. I'd to protect the mattress with towels and rest along with them. To begin with have you any idea how unclean the body and moist blankets are? How am I to understand when the person who quit the body about the blankets did not possess a disease? The following day I consider the soft blankets and also the still really moist blankets towards the top table, I requested for that manager she stated that she was the supervisor. I go to inform her my problem and he or she cut me down and stated yes they offered you the blankets which werenot dried however and threw the soft linen apart not really taking a look at it. Perhaps in the place of attempting to create your reception right into a California Bistro you need to invest a number of that cash delivering your so-called Supervisors and workers to Customer Support courses. Why didn't you begin your remodeling within the guests suites. I'd believe our convenience in an area could be main concern, evidently its not since I came across smelly guysis work clothes on my ground plus they did not fit in with me! I actually donot believe I'll be staying in your Resort anymore whenever you care more about your Reception than you need to do your visitors.incidentally your retro-look is unpleasant its far too dim. People arrived there for that cozy house sensation, to not have bistro-style eating that merely a two or three individuals may match in a desk. You're in KANSAS not Florida
