Myself and my partner booked flights from Phuket to KL. Having paid over $360 (Australian) per ticket, to fly to the KL domestic airport, we were booked to fly with Malaysia Airlines, only to be informed when we got to the check in desk, that our flight was with Firefly. So instead of a major airline, we flew on 2 tiny aircraft's (approx 100 people), had to recheck in twice, including our baggage. This was not what we paid for.
