Where do I start?
During December my daughter and I flew with this airline on six prepaid flights.
Many of these flights were unilaterally re-routed and not one of these flights left or arrived on time.
The aircraft which were utilized on the international routes appeared to be modern and well maintained, however the level of maintenance and sheer lack of cleanliness on all domestic flights bordered on gross negligence, no lights in the cabin, non functioning fan/airconditioning, loose seats, etc...
My only surprise is that there has not yet been a serious accident.
The laconic attitude of the ground crew, the flight attendants and the office staff is alarming.
Whilst waiting for a repeatedly delayed flight from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam, I witnessed the Precision Air icket sales counter selling tickets to a woman and her desperately ill sister who needed urgently to attend the hospital in Dar es Salaam on a flight which had already been cancelled.
