Yes, website is easy to use. Yes, customer support is excellent but still they were not able to do anything about the fact that the trip I booked was 25% more expensive. I made my booking just before midnight and phoned them about the huge difference in price compared to BA (which I found completly by accident, as I wasn't looking anymore) early in the morning. It was just a few hours after the booking but because it was the next day apparently nothing could be done. Check others and dont waste your time and money with Expedia. I have lost £170 on 4 day break by booking with Expedia!
