I went on a trip though ramada plaza resorts July 07 - July 14 and it was terriable they don't tell you about all the hidden costs and I had to spend most of my time taking tours I was aware of one of them but they made me take another or we couldn't get the pass to the next trip which was to Universal Studio in Orlando Florida about time the tour was over we didn't even have enough time to go so we was at a lost.
I was promise a outside window room for the cruise because again the inconvinece of ramada plaza resorts of them not propertly posting my payment to my accounti didn't receive one instead I was in a very small room. I was not please at all I on the cruise thay told us to buy these event because everything was going to be closed they lied everything was opened so I stuck paying for somwting thinking if i didn't I wouldn't have nothing to do that cost me 70.00 dollars
In Fort Larderdale there was a mix up with my rental car and I call Ramada Plaza Resorts to fix it before I left and I told to get off the airplane and take a taxi to the Palm Beach Welcome Center I in up spending 65.00 dollar on a taxi I didn't even need to take once i got to welcome center they told me I should have pick my car up at the airport which I didn't get a phone call of the change of plans so I had to spend another 65.00 dollars to get back to the airport which made me miss out on A whole day of my trip because of all of the mix up
I feel the people at RamadaPlazaResorts need to be more informative about everything and would save a lot of time and money because I was out about 250.00 unexpected money that I didn't even know about and out of a lot of time that I could have been enjoying myself on my vacation but I was so busy taking tours that they didn't tell me about
