Canceled Travel Package due to medical emergency

I deal that any no-reimbursement "plan" produced by personal business is illegal once the providers taken care of aren't made.

I arranged a trip-resort-carrental this season [Feb 29-March 5] by means of AARP's Expedia.com support to retireeis. A couple of days before leaving I noticed your physician to look at a tumor which was difficult when it comes to discomfort and trouble placing my boot on because of dimension of tumor along with base. The very first doctor wouldn't handle the cyst surgically, and so I discovered another doctor who'd surgically drain the tumor. This medical problem pushed me to stop the trip-resort-vehicle bundle your day before because of abandon. I had been not able to create the journey consequently I ended it each day preceding, then and had surgery to get rid of the tumor (strain it).

Used to do not create the journey, journey Vehicle resort.

Today Expedia.com claims they'll return $198.65, problem a credit -$50.00 surcharge payment for an air travel (that I don't require)...

Air Travel Ticket No.: 4228732424940

Expedia Itin No.: 11521859857

AARP Vacation Middle...$428.18 [Ended]

Frontier 42287324249404 6.80 [Canceled]

Charges... 4.98

Credit... 8.65

Total... 6.33 (unrendered service-fee due Bill Misner)

Underneath The above conditions, a medical problem, I deal that I'm due complete reimbursement of $486.33.

Traveler: Dr. Bill Misner

Air Travel Ticket No.: 4228732424940

Expedia Itin No.: 11521859857

It appears tome the client who arranged these providers, the AARP company Expedia.com should think about a medical problem floor to create a complete refund. I'll not create another AARP-Expedia.com journey or am I going to recommend utilization of this alleged support to seniors. I've submitted a proper problem towards the Aircraft Consumer Protection Section (DOT ACPD) U.S. Department of Transport while also sending this statement for the being included if ideally therefore considered an injustice.

Respectfully,

Bill Misne
