We had a group of 15 people going to dinner for a 30th birthday. When the limo arrived it was very dirty, had stains on the floor and duct tape on the door. I told the driver at this time I was not happy and wanted a partial refund. The driver than documented this in the contract.
I attempted to complain to the owner (MICHAEL J WALSTROM) and ask for only a partial refund. He claimed I had already signed for the vehicle and nothing could be done. He claimed I was threatening him and would call the police. He even asked if I was drinking. I could not believe he was treating a costumer this way. Al-star Limos is an incompetent company with horrible service.
I believe Al-Star should live up their website. They claim to have the finest interiors and best service in the industry. Unfortunately for my group this was not true. I believe they should at least refund half of the $500 paid.
