XTRA Airways Direct Air took my money, could not provide the service I paid for and refused a refund and/or credit

My wife and I paid $318.00 for advance air line ticket vouchers to Florida to be used on a future date. These vouchers were advertised via email to me as " Friends and Family Plan" and could be used by anyone, anywhere within one year from date of purchase. We tried on 16 seperate occasions to use these vouchers and each time were told the Flight was "full". On a few occasions I checked capacity like I was purchasing a new ticket before calling. When I was told there flight was full and there was no availabilty I then stated that according to their web site that I was viewing at the time there were seats available. They replied that I could have those seats If I paid more money. As the anniversary date of the purchase was drawing more near I tried everything to use the vouchers, always no availability. I then asked for a refund and was told absolutely no refunds. I then asked for an extension and was told absolutly no extensions. I then asked for a credit to be applied to a new ticket purchase and was told that was not possible. It is my oprinion that this Company is dishonest and unscrupulous and should be invetigated by the State Attorney General's office and held accountable for their unjust business practices.
