Brandon Cooke, Andrew Lauer time share scam

PLR sold us a point system for our time share they exchanged our time share for points we could use anywhere. When we called to set up a vacation we found out that not only did they not take our time share but we now own another time share and do not have the points. The company went out of business and the new time share doesnt know what they are going to do about it but want us to pay maintance fees
