I logged onto Jetblue.com's website and was seeing a fare for $419 and it said "only 3 seats left at this price!" I needed two of the seats. I purchased and got to the end and was charged $484! I called immediately after I was charged the wrong amount and spoke with Craig who was the most unhelpful associate I have met. He told me he "has no boss" when I asked to speak to his supervisor and refused to transfer me to someone who could help. He admitted to the bait and switch and refused to do anything. They clearly used deceptive tactics to solicit the fare and then on the last screen in a matter of seconds, they change the fare to deceive the customer. Please review and assist in resolving this unethical behavior.
