Water Intrusion Fee. This fee is totaling in the millions of dollars. Owners sent bill for the collection of the fee. There was no engineering reports, no reports from the Insurance company. If there is insurance on the building why was the claim denied? To this day asked for but never received engineering reports, insurance etc. How do we as consumers even know there is damage to the buildings? Beware of any dealing with Diamond Resorts. Our total fee this year to use our week would be $3,572.00. This is my share, all Hawaian collection owners are expected to pay. I for one want proof in writing that these problems even exist. I could hire a bunch of cheap labor, give them hard hats and instruct them to walk around and act like they are working. It was bad enough that the Maintenence fees rose to their highest levels but to shove another fee in our faces without PROOF... Wake up people, demand all the pertinent information before sending Stephen Cloobeck another dime of your money.
