We booked a flight from New York to Bangkok via Tokyo on their website last November. The flight is going to be in June.
The confirmation that we received in our email is showing that the flight will arrive on the same day as the departure, which seems to be wrong. Since the plane crosses the dateline it might arrive a day or even two days later. Usually a reservation shows 1 for "Next day" or even 2 for "two days later". We sent them at least 5 emails with the simple question: "On which day is this flight going to arrive?" and have not received a response until now.
Either they are too stupid to find out or they are afraid to give an answer in writing because they are afraid that they could get sued if they give a wrong answer and the customer is able to proof it.
We told them that we would probable never ever book a flight with them again, with a travel agency that is unable to inform a customer on which day his flight will arrive and which systematically ignores their customer's messages. Even this message (sent to "Customer Care" was ignored - they simply don't care about their customers.
