Planned arrangements were messed up. Had to wait 6hrs in resort lobby because they failed to let the resort know about early arrival. Daughters birthday plans were not taken care of. Sub contractor transportation company stole from our bags when we were checking out an attraction. Costa Rica Experts took their side and called us liars even though the only time our bags were out of our sight was while we were looking at the attraction (an attraction that was not on the itinerary) on our way to the airport to come back to the U.S. It was not until we went through security that we became aware of all the missing items. Costa Rica Experts treated us poorly and took the side of their sub-contractor. BEWARE and don't believe the bogus reviews as my experience was nowhere near what is being reported
