Cancelled trip and did not receive refund nor a returned call

I cancelled trip with this company prior to their 30 cancellation policy. They do not return phone calls. They still owe me and my traveling companion 119.00 each for port charges. I did receive the rest of the money back, only because I contacted my credit card company.
