After checking consumer complaintss (http://usacomplaints.com/reports/ripoff57466.htm), I decided that it looked similar to something I got in the email. After checking it out with a Google Search and the physical address in yp. Yahoo.com, I found it did not exist.
I don't know if in fact this is a scam but it sure seems like it to me.
Here's how it reads:

We must receive this form by 07/02. You will then be mailed back a valid Reservation Request Form. However, you do not have to book your vacation immediately.
