Durrango ripoff manager uses rude and profane language to try to resolve problem

My girlfriend called me at work cring because a manager at a Holiday Inn had pretty much told her off and told her to get out after asking about the wallet that she lost.

She had lost her wallet there and had called in to ask about it. Then later that day, she went in to see if they had found anything. The manager told her that she had not checked but that they did not have it. My girlfriend asked if she could double check because she had important information in there like credit cards, social security card... The manager immediately became irate and said that it wasn't her job and that they didn't have it even after saying that she had not checked yet. That's when she called me.

Then I called Holiday Inn to speak with a manager. I told the woman that answered as the manager that my girlfriend had lost her wallet. Immediately she became irate and said the things that my girlfriend said to her. She told me that it wasn't her job or her problem etc... Well the call ended up with her actually yelling at me as it was my job and that it was tough luck a she couldn't nor wouldn't do anything about it. Then after a few profanities she hung up on me.
