We bought a timeshare this last March in Tennessee.in July we recieved a call about "renting" our timeshare from Jason @ VPM. He promised a "guaranteed" rental within 90 days or they would "buy" our timeshare for the marketed price of $1600 a / week for a total of the 4 weeks we listed. We had to pay around $600 upfront to do this, but would get our money back and then quite a bit more when it rented. $1600*4. We called @ 60 days, and again @90 days, and both times were told "we are showing there is interest in your property" and to just be patient... (of course no one ever called or bought it...) @91 days, I called and asked again, and said it was over the 90 days, and when could I expect the money back. They got snotty, and I asked to talk to the manager (who took FOREVER to get on the phone) She was SO, SO rude. And then hung up on me after saying I had never been told that! We called and lowered the price within the next few days, and now its December, and still no sell or phone call... Do not use this scam of a service. Live and learn!!!
