Tel marketing to award 2 free cruise tickets after oral response to survey questions; then informed to go to web site www.surveycruise.com and log in. I had to correct info on profile it showed and upon submission, broght up an error page. I attempted to fill out a contact us page, and again, error message came up. Went to another page for "Help - alll had same form page and NONE wnet thru on submission. Why are they wasting my time and their.???

Now I am also complaining abt your web site and form. You redacted some info the other complainant listed and I would have liked to know what that was; and I cd not get to additional info or back to that complaint.
