I received a computer call to take a survey. Answer 10 questions and receive a free cruise to the Bahamas. You will get an e-mail address to log in using your phone number and zip code. After you enter your information and try to submit it comes back saying information inconsistant. There are no phone numbers or a working e-mail address to contact the company. When you complete the contact us form, it comes back with a syntax error. There is no way to contact the company that now has your information.
