Dear Customer, I belive I have already mentioned in a posting directly under the one you just posted that any changes to a reservation, date, time, etc you have to pay the applicable airfare for that current date. As for Spirit canceling it's flight, that is something you need to take up with them. No travel website can control the operations of an airline and they have a responsibility to rebook you on their next available flight. We are very sorry for your inconvenience and hope you did make it to New York, it's a great city.
