It would be a very wise decision for every homeowner that has their property under contract with this entity to check your contracts clearly for payment terms on YOUR money.
I am fed up with the way this company does not pay on time and you can't get a straight answer from them.
They spend your money before you even get a piece of your own pot.
If anyone rents from this place, make sure you know the actual person that owns the home you stay in gets paid. It would make much more sense to pay the homeowner anyway, because I have had to wait for MONTHS beyond my contract terms as a homeowner to get paid.
I have other friends that aren't paid either. Remember, this IS YOUR MONEY!!!
Beware of this shady company.
