Went to check-in at 1:00pm on Dec27th. Was told room would not be ready till 3:00. Was watching maid servive go in and out of rooms cleaning. Got into my assigned room-103 at 3:45. Had been sitting outside in parking lot since 1:00. Finally went back to front desk. They told me room has been ready! I told her no it hasnt, she just got in there. Front desk told me they were sorry, that they were busy. NOT MY PROBLEM!!! What made me so angry is I had timed my travel time to right around check-in time at 1300. I had a wedding rehearsal to go to at 5:00. How did it go, it didnt, i missed it because of very poor management and scheduling!!! Once checked in i went ti wash my hands. Picture this, hair in sink, vanity and around coffee machine. GROSS!!! Did not get my room cleaned 2nd day! Yes, I had a dog, but I respect other peoples property and always travel with a crate. My dog was crated every time I left. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels and a set of sheets. Next day she came and asked if I needed anything, got towels replaced. Breakfast bar was more of the same. How about switching up the muffins with danishes, donuts every other day! Whenever I book a room through hotels.com or any other I would always request a LaQuinta if there was one close by to where I was going! I do not think I will be doing that again. Dont know if I can give LaQuinta a second chance. Spent 94.00 per night, not 50 or 60 dollars. I expected much more then the aggravation that I got.
