Lies, Fraudulent billing, horrendous customer service, negligence ripoff

I had a horrendous stay after discovering this company on the internet. They were friendly over the phone and I planned a special event stay BASED on certain perks they offered.

Once there, most of the perks were non-existant or under the guise of something not as it was advertised.

Mixups with meals and odd calls periodically were mild irritations compared to the ruining of many romantic plans.

NO ONE made themselves available to discuss matters during our stay, nor were they easy to reach via telephone.

They did not honor the agreed settlement reimbursement on my credit card, which led to a 7 month battle on my VISA. They then lied to the Better Business Bureau when I contacted them about retribution. My complaint is filed with the BBB and I hope to protect other vacationers from this horrible bed and breakfast.
