I called RSI when it comes to seats that I'd recently bought. I needed to talk to the sales affiliate that had assisted me formerly, but I had been informed that she wasn't at work that evening. The person that I had been talking to requested if he may help me with anything. Used to do not need togo in to the information on my journey with him so when I told him this, he captured an attitude and explained to contact her on her cell phone and hung-up the telephone. I called back and questioned why he'd hung-up on me. He responded by stating he was hectic just because a large amount of "silly people" were calling. It was inadequate poor service. Who owns the company obviously doesn't have any ways and served in a totally unprofessional approach. Simply because he's the dog owner, doesn't imply that he's the best to hold on anybody or make reference to any client as silly. I'll not return to e-commerce for almost any of my journey requirements and that I don't suggest this spot to anybody. All companies, including their supervisors and homeowners, must handle clients with regard. Avoid accessrsi.com
