Blue Marlin Hotel in Key West FL
CROOKS CRIMINALS This hotel charged my credit card in the amount of 156.38 on Friday Sep 23 on Saturday at approxiamately 12.37 pm my vehicle got into an accident on the florida turnpike coming from orlando fl so my vehicle was towed. So now i call the hotel and ask them to refund me because of my situation the female that answer the call gave me an attitude and said no refund so after going back and forth with this person she finally said it will be refunded back. Today I call Sep 26 2011 around 10 AM and spoke with marcus and explain why my account didnt get credited, he's words where no refunds and do what you want I said no problem. Dont not give them your credit card over the phone it will get charged
