Broken promises, poor service

Booked a cruise with Dream Get-Aways. They promised shipboard credit and coupons that could be used on board. When we arrived, no such credit was provided and the coupons were the same coupons that Royal Carribean was providing to anyone on-board that asked, for free. We could have saved more money by booking through BJ's or Costco. When we questioned the owner of the company, we were told, in writing that we were liars and that no credits were promised. We had several emails confirming that we would be provided with shipboard credit. Could not believe that the owner of a company that we used called us liars when we had written confirmation that stated otherwise. We will never use this company again. Very poor customer relations and did not fufull written promises that were made. We forwarded the information to the president of Royal, and the president of Royal made us happy. We did not ask Royal to do anything, but when they saw the emails provided by Dream Get-Aways, Royal was embarrassed and provided us extras that we did not ask for. Very pleased with Royal, just not its travel agent.
