Don't think hiltonis "your best rates guaranteed" plan. I'm an HHonors VIP with countless Hilton evenings to my credit. However after I wrote to Customer Support worrying of the lower-rate provided on all travel company websites than about the Hilton website, they refused my state since I did not have a reservation in the discount arte. Catch 22; the bargain-rate was not on the Hilton website. 8 weeks before I published the boss, this person. He never bothered to respond. I understood various other stores performed activities with one of these guarantees but I never believed Hilton might stoop so reduced. Don't believe their best rates guarantee.
