I Recently booked a weekend stay at this hotel and requested a refund 3 days before the day i arrived for 1 nite of my stay Friday 3/12, I called on 3/11 and recieved a confirming #, now the manager will not honor my confirmation #
He called me and said i was sneaking around trying to rip him off. He is charging me a full nite stay $84.00. I had a family illness and could not get there in time. Even though I called 2 days before arrival. This guy is a jerk! He called me names on the phone and insulted my wife. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn nor will any of my family friends or work associates which I have many, I work at Eastman Kodak Co. Which employs 30,000 people and will send out a note on company e-mail warning about this guy and his Hotel
