United Airlines actually charged me $250.00 USD to add a second bag / piece of luggage that was slightly overweight.in my experience with other airlines all over the world this should have reasonably been between $50 - $75 total, not a raping me with an outrageously high rate of $250.00.
To make it much worse, the Operating Manager on duty at Munich Airport, Heidi Noe had a major attitude, was dismissive and only angered me more instead of being at all pleasant, curitious, or caring about me as the customer.
