WE'VE RESERVED CRUISE LINE VIA " A VACATION IN GO " in-Line: Royal Caribbean Ship: Monarch of the Waters Location: Bahamas TOURING WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR 77 YEARS OLD PARENTS

We've no protest from the ship or royal caribbean. But whenever we reserved they guarantees anything, about rooms and area wheelchairs for parents,

After 30 days after i produce moves we found our rooms are one on-deck 2 plus one on-deck 5, they say its like this just, just how can we remain on different ground, no wheelchairs will be supply, therefore while u book in potential make certain u guide directly or get every guarantees they make written down. Or book direct with cruise organization.
