I had reserved a town car for $68.00 with John's Car Service to take my wife to the Airport. That morning the driver arrived with a older model suburban. After taking my wife to the airport the driver tried to charge my wife $80.00 for the trip. Upon finding this out I called John Steele to ask why a town car was not sent. Mr. Steele told me that he was offended that I questioned him about the vehicle, and then began to accuse my wife of being combative with his driver. While I was trying to express my concerns, he started to get hostile with me on the phone, then he hung up on me. This company is a RIP-OFF! If you are looking for good customer service, DO NOT USE John's Car Service.
