I thought this looked like a great deal when i got this in the mail, so I called, and of course got suckered into the vacation package. I'm a full time college student, so i couldn't only afford to put down a $174 deposit.
I got a bad feeling, so I decided to check them out. Wow, i couldn't believe how many bad reports this company had. Therefore, I decided to cancel the trip. Keep in mind this isn't more that 3 hours later.
Upon attempting to call the "customer service" number, all i got was rude people that would continually transferr me to people and hang up on me. Then when i actually got some one on the phone, she said that the offer was unrefundable. I stated that I wasn't told that, and she said that they didn't have to, and hung up on me!
This is basically the same story i've gotten every call since 2/16/04. I need help, and I need my money back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
