The conversation out of this organization is terribly bad. They guarantee to call-back and not do. They guarantee to email and not do. And that's all before you really are having issues. They arranged many global seats for me personally before I fell sick and collapsed. I did so screening and was medically unfit to travel using the documentaiotn to show it. I delivered them the physician's notice and requested to assist method discounts given that they reserved the seats and billed me $175 to do this. I named every couple weeks and also the response was usually exactly the same. "We've a phone in to the flight, we will contact you back." They never do. This began in July and that I still do not have a reimbursement for my $5,000. They wont return email and that I do not have the contact details to obtain the discounts myself.
