I started with this company on 11/01/10 by sending in my destination choice & $12.95 'processing postage & handling' fee x2, as I 'won' 2 separate vacations, 3 days, 2 nights from a variety of locations (taxes not included, but that's OK with me.) I received a brochure detailing all the hoops I'd have to jump through in order to get a vacation, & I had to select PLAN A (free) OR PLAN B (extra expenses) and send more $, $23.95 each, along with 2 dates to travel.
I did all this perfectly to a T. I got Pre-Confirmation Letters, which required notification to them of my acceptance (and info from my credit card to 'hold' a room) no earlier than 28 days prior to my trip, or later than 35 days prior to my trip, or my trip would be canceled. No problem, did as instructed. NO ANSWER from company! Called and talked with Reps no less than 8 times, sent 11 emails, received new dates TWICE and they cancelled on me 3 times so far!
This last time, they promised to call TWO DAYS before my vacation, to let me know the details of the hotel etc., and guess what, no calls today (I'm supposed to be in Orlando in 2 days, right?) AND they would not answer the phone OR return my calls OR emails. So I am out $73.80, the price of the TWO vacations, and cannot get anyone to talk to me, either on the phone or email, and have already made arrangements at work, the dog boarder, the house sitter, and bought non-refundable tickets to Sea World & Arabian Nights, among other plans that my guest had to make in order to come with me on this 2 night 'vacation' in Orlando.
This company LIES as they told me over the phone they would call me, that they would send "a confirmation letter" which NEVER happened, and this isn't just an isolated incident, either! Oh, and did I mention that there are 'black out' dates, gotta check into the motel on a Mon, Tues, or Wed, not within a week (before or after) of any holiday or special event being held at the town you choose, chosen dates have to be 45 days apart, 60 days from the time you send in the additional $23.95 per vacation, AND this certificate expires in one year? Save your money, save your time and energy, and do NOT use this company!!!
