My life was threatened by a baggage clerk for Continental Airlines. Here is how it happened. My family dropped me off at San Diego Airport in front of the Continental Terminal right in front of the baggage check-in kiosk. There were 2 people in line in front of me. Just directly in front of me in line (that's important). There were 2 check-in employees there, only one was helping Guests and the line was growing behind me. I was next in line and the woman in front of me was getting here receipt and I was next. At that time this big man told everyone to get behind the yellow line. 30 seconds later the guest in front of me was finished and it was my turn. I move towards the kiosk and this big baggage clerk cut in front of me with a person in line behind the yellow line. I said, "Hey, I'm next." His response was, I told everyone to move behind the yellow line and you didn't, so you have to go to the end of the line. We had a few words at this point that ended up with him telling me 3 inches from my face, "If you weren't an old man, I would kick your *!" At this point, I went upstairs to check in and report the threat on my life. I did get help from a very nice Continental supervisor that explained that these baggage clerks are subcontracted. I don't know what to do I am so upset about having my life threatened.
