I purchased 2 nights at a local motel due to weather conditions. I had to report back to work the next morning so I decided not to drive home. When I arrived at the motel, I was told they did not have a record of my motel reservation with Priceline.com. I showed them Pricelines confirmation but they still had no record of it. I talked them into a room for that night but they did not have a room for the next night. I went ahead and paid them for the one night and contacted Priceline the next morning. Priceline refused to reimburse me for any of my charges. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will never, ever use them again.
