Do not rent an RV from 123 RV Rentals in Tustin, CA!
Here is how they operate their insurance scam; they require that renters provide their company with a rider on the Renter's personal vehicle or homeowner's policy.
When you pick up the RV they rush you through the pick-up process and DO NOT provide a checklist or diagram of the RV. They have you sign a form but do not point out that, unless you specifically detail every damage, then you are signing as being liable.
When you return the RV they immediately rush over to the RV and start to point out "damage" and they thrust a diagram at you and demand that you write on the diagram what they dictate. They then claim that "extensive damage" occurred while you had the RV in your possession and they inform you that they intend to file a claim against your insurance.
We had an independent investigator verify that the damage they were trying to claim we had inflicted was in fact old damage that could best be described as "normal wear and tear" on an old RV.
