Attempted travel on 7/28 from El Paso to Dallas, TX. Station personnel poorly trained to handle customers and bus drivers rude. Ticketing system doesn't seem to accomodate contract vendors selling tickets. Overflow of passengers dealt with poorly. At one point I felt that rude ticket agent was going to get physical with customer who voiced his concern about the situation.
