Consumer beware if you should be likely to buy a vacation deal from Ruelala. I recently bought one and was handed a certification # and informed to contact the resort straight to create my reservation. I had been unable to obtain the resort to support us for the times the certification was advantageous to. I called in to the customer support point and requested to get a return. They man who assisted me was excellent but stated he had a need to return to me with choices on the best way to manage it. I purchased 3 of those records for myself and 3 buddies at $750 each. They explained they'd just return ME-1 which I had a need to develop alternative times! It's been a fight backwards and forwards with Ruelala as well as their "encounter group" (that will be their type of fast customer support). We obtain a distinct tale every single day from we will notice if we may refund you, to lets try to develop alternative dates-but that we will need to spend one more charge, to sorry, only one reimbursement. It's been extremely frustrating experience. Their customer support, or encounter group is just a laugh! They've no idea what customer support is. Proceed store at Hautelook rather!
