GTT/Flexpoint Source, Todd Phillips
Promises Promises.in Essence, Work For Free. Restitution Needed

To whom it may concern,

I worked for GTT/Flexpoint Source, and in essence, Todd Phillips, Back during the summer of 2007. I'll explain the events as they happened:

1: In June I call a friend of mine in Miami to inform him I moved to Opp, Alabama. He gave me the number for this guy, Todd Phillips, in Montgomery, who was supposed to be a big shot prepaid phone card guy. Since I have been in the business for 8 years he told me to give him a call. My friend called Todd first, and Todd gave me a call within 15 minutes. Todd was eager to have me on board as I am an excellent salesman, and promised me $500 a week guarantee for one month and a 5% commission on all sales. After the month was over he was to pay for my own office, allow me to recruit my own team of salespeople, and give me a 20% commission on all sales. He invited me to his office in Montgomery to check out his business and he would put me up in a hotel for 3 days in order to learn all I needed to know. I explained that I had no money for gas and that it is 75 miles away from where I was. He told me he would take care of it.

2: I arrived in Montgomery the next day and waited 4 hours for Todd to show up. Once he showed up he informed me he would have me read all the business materials and I could start working from home. No Hotel. He gave me $80 cash for the gas and time.

3: I got back home, took 24 hours to read the materials, and waited until monday to start working. Todd told me every week I would receive a check for $500 for services rendered. For 3 weeks I worked and when I asked for my money I got a $80 western union from one of his employees named John (Jeff) Parrish. For the entire time it was almost impossible to get in contact with Todd and noone else in the office knew of our agreement.

4: I moved in July and informed Todd I was willing to give him another chance. And he sent me a list of Leads that he got from a trade show on July 11. I called some of those leads and generated my own. I called the office on numerous occasions in order for them to send packages out to my prospective clients. No Packages were ever shipped out. He informed me he was also sending out my checks through DHL. Never Received.

5: I moved from Alabama back to florida in September and have been trying to get him to send the money I was owed for three weeks of work ($1500) and all I got was promises.

6: Most recently I asked him for $350.00 to fix up my office because I was going to give him another chance and would work for him again. He told me I was to get the money on the last monday of january. Which was the day after I spoke to him. Here it is the Fourth of February and still no money.

I have decided to pursue this in a court of law and get all the money owed to me.

If you decide to do business or acquire employment from this organization I would suggest not to. If he won't pay his employees, how will he deliver on any other promises.

I am extremely bothered by this course of events, and ask anyone who can help, to help.

Thank you all for reading, and If you havwe anything to say about this foul person, or company feel free to add your two cents.
