Diamond Resorts took over our holiday club, dramatically increased maintenance fees by several times the rate of inflation, reduced the availability of bookings to almost zero and changed the rules to tie people in (no exit unless you die or become bankrupt).
This followed by daily phone calls from them of their firm of debt collectors to harass people for the money. This causes great distress. Some appalling stories of hardship.

We have asked the "Chief Experience Officer", Patrick Duffy, to explain what they are spending the maintenance fees on. To date we have had no answer. We have spoken to him on various other complaints boards including "Can you trust them?"
