Diamond Resport Maintenance Fee Rip Off

I bought 3000 shares on Sunterra resort in Las Vegas, NV in 2005. Then Diamond resorts bought them and this year they increased our maintenance fees by 40% or 50%.

I called them and they very much said I had no choice but to pay and if not they will send me to a collection agency. At this rate my maintence fee will exceed what I paid for the stupid point.

I am very interested in finding an attorney in Las Vegas who would help folks like me with a class action law suit against Diamondresorts.
