As described in many other usacomplaints.com, Sun Country Travel takes your money and delivers nothing!
My wife and I paid $5,000 for membership and never got a trip or a price break on anything.
We tried calling, emailing, using the web site, etc. Never got a return call, return email, nothing.
Every 6 months we'd get a call from them trying to sell us one of their travel specials. I'd ask to speak to a supervisor; they'd hang up.
If they call, run the other way as fast as you can!
