The room I was rented cost $110.99 per night because it has a hott tub in the room. This was the only reason I purchased the room. Above the hott tub are three lights on a track so you can position them to your liking, while doing this (I'm standing in water) the track screwed into the ceiling breaks and comes withing a foot from landing in the water. So I only enjoyed the hott tub for about thirty minutes. I notify the front desk and the clerk assures me that the manager will contact me as soon as he arrives at work around 10:00AM, there was no call. At 11:00AM I go to find the manager myself, explained to him what happen and he tells me if I wouldn't have touched the lights it would not have happen. I go back to the room and the maintence worker arrives to repair the lights and I quote " If this would have been installed right the first time, this never would have happen. I'll fix this temporaily and come back later and fix completly." I tell manager this and still no cooperation on his part. I will never rent from this hotel or any of its affliated companies because I am that angry about the service and manner I was treated. I feel I am still owed for the service I paid for. Any information on how to take further action and get my rightfully paid for service would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
