A few weeks back my husband booked 2 rooms for 2 nights while i was in transition from Iraq, needless to say my flight got pushed to the right, my husband had already paid 350.00 upfront and was told No Refunds! We were told we had a credit with them and could use it at anytime, We stayed in 1 one their jacuzzi suites and were given torn towels, the stairs to the jacuzzi were broken, the lights didnt work (lamps & ceiling fixtures)... 2 weeks later we decided to give it another try since we had family coming in, We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds, only one light fixture worked, the carpet was dirty, I have asked the front desk repeatedly and nicely to have the manager call us, never got a call, we asked for the lights to be fixed, We were told they would fix it with no problem... 3 hours later i return to the room to find someone had only put 1 lightbulb in... We never got fresh towels and we asked for our rooms to be cleaned while we were out with family... This is a new hotel in Harker Heights with terrible customer service even my family who drove from out of town were dissappionted... Still waiting for the manager to call us but i doubt that will happen since our 350.00 is now satisfied. The landscaping out front has been ignored, the trash from the hotel was thrown all over the ground making the scenery less appealing, We asked for Tv remote because ours didnt work and we were rudely asked by front desk to bring them down stairs... I do have pictures of the torn towels and broken steps. I am not an awful person, but We feel as if we were done wrong. SPC Wiatrek, BellaUS ARMY
