Short version of my problem:
Live in Boston. Bought a one way ticket from Atlanta to Boston from Lowestfare.com.
During the purchase of the ticket they ask you where you want the tickets mailed to if not to your billing address.
Of course, I wanted the tickets mailed to Atlanta. However, the tickets were mailed to my credit card billing address in Boston.
Long and short: They said in the terms and conditions (which no one reads) there is a line that says that if the ticket mailing address is different from the credit card billing address, you have to fax them in a special letter.
The do NOT show any special alert or send you an email alerting you of this fact. Your lawyer was supposed to pick it up in the "terms and conditions" when he translated it for you.
Their customer service has been even more unhelpful in explaining this or providing an explanation.
No refund for me on their poor customer service.
