When we called to get a refund, we had to call several times. This is a Fl based seller of travel, so they must follow Fl law. Their law states that you have 30 days from purchase to get a refund. The customer service reps will argue with you. We ended p having to contact our credit card company, and the dispute center assisted us.
The cruise line put a supervisor on the phone. After several minutes of another sales pitch, they refunded the full amount. Be persistent with them, and know your rights.
