I purchased these tickets for my parents who were returning to Romania from Jacksonville. Their original ticket had as final destination Budapest (Hungary), and then they were suppose to take a 10 hour bus trip to get to Cluj-Romania. We decided to buy two additional plane tickets from Budapest to Cluj so they get home in 3 hours instead.
Because Delta and Malev have a baggage agreement, we were able to check in their luggage to their final destination. (I called Delta on this before buying the tickets).
It was a 3 layover trip (Jacksonville FL - Atlanta - Paris - Budapest - Cluj) and many things could have gone wrong, but that was not the case. Everything went perfect, we couldn't be happier.
The tickets were half price from what I found on all other websites.
I have read many contradictory reviewes about Cheapoair before buying the tickets, we are absolutely pleased with our purchase.
I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to share my positive experience with this website since I thought that many of the negative reviews I read before were unfair and missleading.
