Ordered tickets for Honeymoon at 8am, and had the following email sent to my inbox at 11:46pm that night:
"Dear Customer,
Unfortunately we are not able to process your booking until we receive the Issuing Bank contact number located at the back of your credit card. We reserve the right to contact the card holder and the Issuing Bank for verification purposes. Calls maybe monitored or recorded. All credit cards must have verifiable billing Address. Before any tickets can be processed, we verify that the credit card billing address matches the address provided and that the credit card is a valid card. We must receive the information until tomorrow, before 2pm E. T or your reservation will be automatically canceled. Please remember that fares are not guaranteed until ticketing and are subject to change at any time. If you have any question regarding payments please feel free to contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or call our Customer Service at 1-877-886-5181 (Toll Free) We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you. [email protected]"
I called and gave them the phone number they requested as soon as they opened (10am) on the following day, and they said that the price I had paid was no longer available, and that I would have to pay a new price that was $200 higher! I spent my entire afternoon on the phone with their customer service (Poblito, Nina, Shyreen and Rigge) only to get a ticket that had my name MISSPELLED! I then contacted my credit card company because I feared I was being taken into a fraud. After nearly 6 hours on the phone, I finally got my e-ticket nearly 34 hours after I placed my order on the internet!
These people are liars and crooks! These people are liars and will say anything to raise the price of your fare!!!
